An accurate Flap Ring ASI for the EB29R.

If you wish to disable the large new Condor flap ring introduced from v.209, back up and delete the file "speed-i.c3d" from the plane's "gauges" folder. Repeat for each flapped glider you use my ASI flap rings on.
