This scenery was created for the « 2nd Virtual Sailplane Grand Prix » competition, one of the qualifying rounds of which will take place in Gawler in January 2023.
It is located in the state of South Australia, in the Adelaide region.
With a semi-arid climate, the coastal agricultural plains and gumtrees forests are gradually giving way to deserts. The Murray River, Australia's longest river, flows through the region.
Of the 41 airfields on the scenery, 5 have significant glider activity: Gawler, Balaklava, Stonefield, Waikerie, and Murray-Bridge, and the flying conditions are most of the time very good.

This landscape covers 184km x 184km of central part of Japan. This is a mountain region known as Japanese Alps. Enjoy mountain flights over 3000m peaks including Mt. Fuji. It includes Nagano and Nirasaki gliderports, Matsumoto airport and "Airborne Entry Point". This landscape also intends to be used for introductory training before the first real mountain flight. 1500m AGL airborne start from "Airborne Entry Point" simulates typical flights approached from Kanto region.
