This landscape covers Newfoundland. It has 14 airports and no turn points, looks like nobody flies here with a glider IRL. But in Condor it's nice to fly with a lot of space to get lost 😉
The size is 24 x 25 tiles, ca. 550 x 575 km.
It has a free available texture with low resolution (10 m /px). The airports have no objects other than a boundary around the runway and a windsock. It's made with focus on flying cross country, not for sightseeing.
This landscape covers nearly whole Poland and the russian sone around Kaliningrad, only some parts in the south and the east are missing. It has 1038 turn points and 80 airfields including Rybatschi, not used since 1945. The german name is Rossitten, it was one of the big glider schools in the 1920s and 1930s. And you can try a gravity start from Jezow Sudecki, the place of birth of the Grunau Baby.

Kimberley 1.0 is the last of the landscapes created for the "2nd Virtual Sailplane Grand Prix" competition, organized by the Fédération Aéronautique Internationale, one of the qualifying rounds of which will take place in Douglas in January 2023.
Since the discovery of the De Beer brothers in 1866, Kimberley is the diamond capital of the world.
This landscape is an extension of Jeffray's Hotazel scenery, with the same basic elements, but with revised textures, forests, objects and installations specific to the Douglas-Kimberley area where the competition will take place.
Atlantis (from the ancient Greek Ἀτλαντίς / Atlantís) is a mythical island mentioned by Plato in two of his Dialogues, the Timaeus and then the Critias. This island, which he situates beyond the Columns of Hercules, is dedicated to Poseidon and, after experiencing a peaceful golden age, gradually evolves into a conquering thalassocracy whose expansion is stopped by Athens, before the island is swallowed up by the waves in a cataclysm caused at the instigation of Zeus.
If the myth has been little commented and had little influence during antiquity, it has aroused growing interest from the Renaissance. Beyond its philosophical and political significance, it has since given rise to many hypotheses. Some authors affirm that Atlantis is a place that would have really existed and that it would be possible to locate. At the same time, Atlantis inspires many esoteric, allegorical or patriotic interpretations which gave place to an abundant literature.
Atlantis remains a fertile theme in art and literature or even in video games, in particular nowadays, in the genres linked to the marvelous and the fantastic, such as fantasy, the peplum or science fiction.
