Alpine Sky Trophy 2024 - 7th EDITION

We are pleased to announce
THE 7th EDITION OF THE ALPINE SKY TROPHY 2024 !!!
37 exiting racing's tasks (including 1 training - March 17th)- Start from Poland Mędzybrodzie Żywieckie Finish - Salerno - Italy
All tasks were created by Bodo 5W with my personal review and small changes (sometimes) :-)
Like in previous editions we will start from Poland - Międzybrodzie Żywieckie and finish in Salerno - Italy, Landing after the race, drinking a glass of beer in the evening and start to the next fly from the same airport.
Sceneries: Podkarpackie, Hungary, Romania. Bulgaria, Northen Greece, West Balkan, AA2, Centro Italia, South Italia
Calendar :
37 races every Thursday and Sunday starting March 21st 20:15 Warsaw Time (19:15 UTC and later 18:15 UTC)
- Servername : AST2024
- The winner of each task can score a maximum of 1000 points
- 25 the best results of each pilot will count towards the final result
- Penalty zones (if in use) : 60 penalty points/minute in zone.
- Cloud flying : 60 points/minute.
- Outland in task : points for distance.
- Crash : points for distance.
Tasks and settings :
- No password for server is required
- Glider: only 15 metters class
- Handicap : YES
- Join time 20 minutes, race start: 2 minutes window:50 minutes
- Briefing – short – 60min, full 15 minutes before the race
- Only after mid-air collision is "Q" recovery possible
- Thermaling turn in start area (10 km) - left
- Plane icons range up to 7 km
- Turnpoint helpers range : 3 km
