Description:
Kapadokya is a part of Turkey, It is part of the Anatolian plateau. It is bordered to the south by the Taurus Mountains which separate it from Cilicia. It also has volcanic peaks: Mount Hasan, Mount Melendiz (tr) and Mount Erciyes (Mount Argea of Antiquity) which is the highest point in the region at 3,916 m. Volcanic tuff is therefore abundant.
Dimensions: 369 km from east to west and 254 km from north to south.
It was created with high resolution textures and altimetric data in 30 m resolution.
