Description:
Southwest Ohio is a new Condor 2 landscape covering southwest Ohio, northwest Kentucky, southeast Indiana and a small bit of northwest West Virgina.
The footprint extends from Muncie Indiana in the northwest corner to Teays Valley West Virginia in the southeast corner.
The SW_Ohio landscape has two centrally located working airports that include the Ceasars Creek Soaring Club gliderport (2OH9) and the nearby Red Stewart Airfield (40I).
The landscape covers 345km east/west x 230km north/south. So 15 x 10 tiles with 30 meter altimetry data and ~3 meter texture imagery all around!
If mountains aren't your thing and your attracted to midwestern US farm lands and rolling forested hills, you have come to the right place!
Please note that landscapes only work for their respective version of Condor. Condor 2 landscapes can be used on Condor 3 if and only if installed and converted with Condor Updater.
In order to offer a comfortable download, simultaneous downloads are limited. Please turn off download managers, they are not supported and will be blocked.
Condor Updater is a tool dedicated to the installation of Condor 2 & 3 landscapes and goodies. It’s the preferred (and the easiest!) way to download and install landscapes. You can download it from here.
