Description:
This scenery was built especially for the commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the Herbaud brothers’ world record, a flight from Vinon to Fes.
A scenery containing entirely this path is necessarily very large.
With Condor's current limitations and to avoid possible problems especially during network flights, we had to limit our ambitions: There are no objects, there are no airport facilities , and low resolution texturing is limited to the area overflown for the record.
Only Vinon and Fes-Saiss among the 225 airports have been flattened and granted of small installations, the other airports are simply positioned in the scenery. Towing is therefore not assured.
For training or exploration purpose an in-flight departure is still possible. Although its calibration is accurate there is an average declination of about 10 °, this is not perceptible in flight but reduces the scenery’s overall size. Please read PDF instructions in zip files!
