Submitter's comments:	~Up Cup~ July 2012 - Race 6 Alboran Coast - 157km Race along the coastal ranges of the Alboran Coast in the stiff sea breeze. This is basicly an easy task, but the ridges and transitions to long glides can be tricky. Staying high is the safest and most reliable method of completing the task, but perhaps it's not the fastest method.
