Submitter's comments:	We are keeping all turns to the left in the vicinity of the start to keep traffic in the same direction. Some other thermal etiquette rules: -if there are two gliders in the thermal, try to stay opposite each other (180 degrees) -if there are three or more gliders, evenly distribute yourselves in the thermal (3-120 degrees, 4-90 degrees, more-probably not safe) -do not turn inside another glider or 'show your belly' to them -if the glider you are flying with is flying erratically or you can not see them, leave the thermal. You can either find another thermal or join back in at a lower altitude. -when you are joining other gliders in a thermal, reduce your airspeed before joining. Do not do a sharp pull up in the thermal.
