Dates:
- Week 1: July 13 (Sunday), July 16 (Wednesday)
- Week 2: July 20 (Sunday), July 23 (Wednesday)
- Week 3: July 27 (Sunday), July 30 (Wednesday)
Local Time: 19:00 to 21:00 (10:00 AM to 12:00 PM UTC)

Format:
The Asia Qualifiers will consist of 6 races over 3 weeks, with one race held on Sunday and one on Wednesday each week.
- Pilots will compete in a series of challenging races, with points accumulating over the multiple races to determine the top performers.
- The top 2 pilots from the Asia Qualifiers will secure direct qualification to the World Final.

Registration and Rules
Registration fee:
- Registration for the Asia Qualifiers is FREE.
Rules:
- All pilots must adhere to the VSGP Rules Version 3.0 and Pilot's Handbook, which are available on our website:
https://www.virtualgliding.fai.org/3rd-fai-virtual-sgp - Pilots must be citizens or residents of a country within the Asia region to be eligible to compete in the Asia Qualifiers.
- Each pilot must choose one glider for all races and use it consistently throughout the competition.
- The same Notams and rules will apply to all events to ensure consistency and fairness.

- Fair Play: All pilots must compete fairly and adhere to the rules and guidelines set forth by the FAI Virtual Gliding.
- Sportsmanship: We encourage all pilots to exhibit good sportsmanship and respect for fellow competitors.

| Additional rules: |
One minute before start, pilot must be on the correct side of the starting line (the side of the start area) to avoid having to return to the start area and face the departing competitors. A 2 minutes penalty will be applied to any pilot not on the correct side.
Right turns are forbidden in the last 5 minutes before the start line opens. Each circle or turn of 90° or more to the right will incur a penalty of 30 seconds per turn/circle observed.
