We will be flying the Glider Cup 2025 over 10 scoring days in the Alps, tentatively scheduled every Monday and Thursday at 19:30 UTC, starting on 2025-02-03.
The best 8 days will count, with the 2 worst days being dropped.

The competition will start tomorrow, Monday at 07:45 pm UTC.
This event originates from an initiative of the SG Lägern flying group, based at Schänis Airfield (LSZX).
We created the Alps Condor Community on Discord to give both beginners and advanced club members the opportunity to explore the region around the airfield during winter and improve their navigation skills, reducing their workload while flying in the future.
Almost every evening at 07:30 pm UTC, experienced pilots and flight instructors fly interesting routes from LSZX.
If you enjoy flying in the Alps, you are always welcome to join our Discord community, even outside of the competition.
We appreciate your interest in the competition!
We will fly the published routes together every Monday and Thursday at 07:45 pm UTC, and you are welcome to join.
The offline competition allows you to fly the routes on your own at any time.
From Monday 07:45 pm UTC to Thursday 03:00 pm UTC, two servers will be available. Then, the next scoring day starts, which runs from Thursday 07:45 pm UTC to Monday 03:00 pm UTC.
We have put together exciting routes from LSZX, including:
6 tasks from LSZX with turnpoints
2 Assigned Area Tasks (AAT) from LSZX
1 task in Southern France
1 task from LSZC Buochs
The competition will run on Condor Version 3.03 / Landscape AA3 0.6.
