Crater Lake Race Week
(March 2nd, 2009 - April 5th, 2009)
5 days of racing put into a 24/7 format to run for 5 weeks. Fly all the tasks in one day or fly one a week, you choose. Best 4 out of 5 counts. If you crash, you are out of the competition, land outs are ok. All Flights require the FTR to be uploaded with in 2 hours of completing the flight. Scenery is PacificNW 2.0 - Tasks will be hosted by PacificNW Soaring Competitions Server The weather forcast is good, we will be racing on a high plains desert so thermals will be strong but the air will be thin, flutter comes early at altitude so take care. Parachutes are not required but highly recommended.
