Alpine Sky Trophy 2017
(Feb. 7th, 2017 - May 2nd, 2017)
Welcome to the third edition of the Alpine Sky Trophy. This time we will fly on a 15m class gliders.
All tasks created by Bodo 5W. Like in previous editions we will start from Poland and finish on the beach in Monaco.
Calendar :
- 1 training + 20 races every Tuesday and Thursday (starting from March 7th ) at 20H15 CET/CETS (19H15/18h15 UTC) from 7th of February 2017 until 2nd of May 2017

Tasks and settings :
- No password for server is required
- Glider: 15-meter class
- Handicap : YES
- Join time 20 minutes, race start: 3 minutes window:60 minutes
- Briefing – short – 60min, full 15 minutes before the race
- Only after mid-air collision is "Q" recovery possible
- Thermaling turn in start area (10 km) - left
- Plane icons range up to 8 km
- Turnpoint helpers range : 3 km
Scenery: Czechoslovakia 3.0, Austria 2, Alpen Arc
Scoring and penalties :
- The winner of each task can score a maximum of 1000 points
- 15 the best results of each pilot will count towards the final result
- Penalty zones (if in use) : 60 penalty points/minute in zone.
- Cloud flying : 60 points/minute.
- Outland in task : points for distance.
- Crash : scored with 0 points + penalties on overall score
