This contest is just for you.!
"Touch the Sky" will provide you on Tuesday evenings, a very exciting tasks. Lots of cumulus clouds, medium and good thermals are expected. Finish and start to the next task from the same airport (rally)
Eleven, well-conceived rally tasks will bring you to the sunny Andalusia (South of Spain). All tasks created by BODO - 5W
We start from the Villamartin airport. Then via 11 airports from the West to the East, we are going to visit Giblartar, Malaga, Granada, Sevilla, Cartagena, and Almeria, admire the National Parks like Natural Sierra Grazalem, Natural Los Alconares, Nacional de Sierra Nevada and the others.
The main turnpoint is the Mazzaron area, where we back to the West with the "final glide" on cape of Tarifa.
Similar to the previous edition of "Touch the Sky" we use only the Open class of glider.
Overall: 1+11 races, 3020 km in the sky, 11 airports. Avg race - 275km
Roles:
The winner of each task can score a maximum of 1000 points. 8 best results of each pilot will count towards the final result.
- Join time 20 minutes, race start 3 minute after jointime end, start window open for 60 minutes
- Briefing - short - 60 minutes before race with password - full : 15 minutes before the race
- Only after mid-air collision is "Q" recovery possible
- Thermaling turn in start area (10 km) - left
- Plane icons range : 8 km
- Turnpoint helpers range : 3 km
