European Virtual Soaring Trophy
(Jan. 28th, 2026 - March 28th, 2026)
Hello pilots!
Welcome to the brand new and first European Virtual Soaring Trophy 2026!
This is a trophy about 12 stages from North Sea down to the alps and back across 6 European countries. We race in Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Czech Republic.
Start and finish airfield will be in Wesel Germany.
Tasks are designed to simulate weather as realistic as possible and should be possible to finish within 1 to 1.5hours.
All Tasks are created as a journey across Europe, which means the next stage start, where previous has ended.
Starting in Jan-28 the competions with start every wednesday at 19:00 UTC and two occasion in March on Saturday:

• Airspace violation = outlanding
• Plane recovery only in case of midair collision
• Scoring: 1000-point system
• Task distance: 180–300 km
• Plane crash or missing FTR = 0 points
Max Start speed: 200km/h
Penalties:
Overspeed at start: 3p/kph
High start: 2p/m
Low finish: 2p/m
